Hi,

My PR card is valid till January 2012. I have only stayed in canada for 40 days and hence going to lose the PR. I had planned to enter Canada by the end of this month and will write on the CBSA card that i have left Canada one month back. I know its a lie but what are the chances that i will be caught? and if i am caught then what will they do?

I can arrange the entry stamp in my home country on my passport to support my calim that i have left canada just one month back.

Secondly what questions are genenrally asked by CBSA personals when one lands on vancover airport?

Will appreicate the possible scenarios in this circumstances.

Thanks

If you lie, and get caught, it will be misrepresentation, and for that your PR status can be revoked and you could be deported from Canada, and even banned from entering Canada.

Be honest, remember they have access to airline, and other records. Your home country can change the stamp dates, but you do not have any "ties" to Canada at all, there is no way you can support your bogus claims.

If you lie and get caught, not only could you lose PR status, but you might not be permitted to re-apply.  I've heard mixed timelines - i.e. a 2-year ban on being able to reapply, and some even longer.  I guess it depends on the case.
