My wife just got her visa after 2 years of waiting.  We had our child 2 month ago and i applied
for his citizenship as soon as he was born, however i found out it takes almost a year to get
his citizenship certificate.  I learned that i can apply for limited validity passport, if it was urgent
that he travels.  Her visa will not expire for another 6 months, so would he qualify for the limited
passport, or would they reject it based on the fact that she still has 6 month left on her visa and
can wait for the citizenshi?  i have booked a flight for them to come to canada at the end of the
month and sending his passport application and her visa confirmation and travel itenary to apply
for the limited validity passport.
