I urgently need advice.

I have applied for a student permit along with a trv for my wife. I have received the medical form however it incorrectly states my marital status as single even though I am married and have provided all the supporting documents. I have emailed the CHC in Islamabad but have not received any response yet. My wife has still not received the medical for her TRV.

The application was made in Pakistan.

I am very short on time as my program starts in April. I urgently need advice.
