My friend and his wife both work a lot and want a live in caregiver to look after there two children. The women and her husband who they want to hire live in Indonesia and are both 50 years old.  about 4 years ago they came to Canada and claimed refugee status witch was denied and therefor got sent back to Indonesia, would that pose a problem? There daughter also resides in Canada as a PR.
