| if a student decides to change his university after starting a bachelors programme what should he do? for example he is studying at the university of toronto but after 1 term he decides to change his university and come to the university of manitoba. what should he do? what if he decides to change the university before starting the course? |

Nothing. Look at the study permit, as long as it for post secondary education, you can go to any school you wish. ------------- PMM |
