Hi my spouse is a student in Canada and i want to live with her, She is on Student visa from Poland and i am in India . I want to get work visa for the time she is studying there in Canada to live with her.

You can apply for a TRV, attach a copy of your spouse' student permit.

will that allow me to legally work for the time i stay their ? 

I want to work to support myself and her in whatever she needs to complete her studies.
