Hi,

I came to Canada (on work permit) in 2008 & returned in mid of Dec. 2008.
 
I filled my tax return without entering my exit date.
 
Now again if I have to go back to Canada (on work permit) & again if I have to apply for my tax refund then will CRA will ask me to pay for tax for year 2009 (during which actually I was out of Canada).
 
If they ask me can I submit my tax proof from my country? What if they don't allow me to do so ?
