Hi,
We family got PR in 2012. My wife and my kid have been staying in Canada since 2013. Myself had to stay in China to take care my parents. I just came to Canada to visit my wife and kid time and time.

In 2017 PR was expired but I am not eligible to renew PR due to I do not stay enough days. I had to renounced PR and apply travel visa to be able to come to Canada to visit my family.

Now I decided to live and work in Canada with my family. Can I apply for family sponsor immigrant? My wife could be the sponsor. What's the chance to get approved?

Thanks,
David
