Hello evryone,
I'd like if to know if someone could give an idea as to what i should do for this question.

I am a person with two citizenships Canadian/Peruvian.
i have a daughter who is living overseas with her in Peru, my daughter has both citizenships also, She is 14 years old, She is going to appply for her Canadian passport to travel to Canada, since she is 14, would she need a Power of attorney letter stating that me her father is giving her permition to travel by herself in order to leave Peru to come to Canada?
or how does it work?

Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
