Hi,
 
Is it possible to bring my Mom under H&C from USA? She came to USA with business visa that was expired in 4 months after her arrival. So she's been illegal for last 15 years. She has nobody except me, no husband, no other kids.  Is there any possible way to get her here straight from USA?
 
I could apply for sponsorship, but she has to go to her country of origin. After 15 years in USA she feels insecured to get back there. Tourist visa wouldn't work either since she has no status.
 
Any advices will be highly appreciated.
