I've also been trying (even more unsuccessfully) to get answers from the CIC website/phoneline. So I was wondering if anyone who's been in the same position as me could share a bit of knowledge....were you able to renew online or did you have to download all relevant forms, fill them out, print them off and send them in the post? Any/all help appreciated! CJ
