can someone help....can you do medical exam before you send off your application?

If you're doing an outland application, I think completing your medical before submitting your application to CPC-M is the best way to go since your foreign embassy will not have to request the medical once they get to that part of their examination, and therefore it would cause less delays if they already have it.  Good luck!
