I landed in Canada in May 2009 and return the same day without getting PR Card. Now wants to move back and applied for Travel Doc at CHC New Delhi. Its 3rd week going on but i couldn't hear anything from CHC. Anyone got the Travel Doc from New Delhi then pls let me know how long does it take. Also is there any chance of refusal of TD, and if so then what happens next. Will i be losing PR or what? How i will re-enter in Canada if i do not get TD. Pls reply. Your reply will help me keeping my fingurs crossed.
