after trying skilled worker program so many times and so many years now, CIC Nova Scotia finally selected me in 2015, and transfer my application to accra ghana . After asking for more documents which i sent, including all the fees and that of new born baby 11 months ago and the delay like eternity, accra ghana finally sent me and my family a bomb, a heartbreaking and devastating mail that my Application is REFUSED on the ground that my information did not convince them, they have really frustrated me with their attitude of playing God.
Please what can i do, who can i report them too. Is there any thing that i can do? aside appeal in their federal high court?
How much can the appeal cost me and what my chances.

Can i get my refund back?

Please help
