Hello Everyone,
canadian rules for 2010 changed in last week.
My designation is "Software Development Manager" which which was in on demand list.
but after rules are changed in last week this designation is removed from the list.
I applied on 1st june 2010 (my documents reached at canada) but uptill now no reply from canadian immigration office.
My question is would I still qualify for immgration? or my application would be rejected?

Hi Adeel, As you said the rule has changed last week, did u see the effective date of this new rule ? If you applied before the effective date then your application will be processed on the previous rule and if you applied after the date your application will be processed on the exiting rule. |

Thanks for the reply I have sent documents before the change of rule. but i dont know what they consider as an application date (Document receival date or date when they start processing it?). as i have not reveived confirmation fom CIO uptill now |
