| Came to Canada on a temporary resident visa valid for 6 months ... applied for extension of visa and recently got approved for one year with the medical test condition ... in total I am here in Canada for more than 6 months. I would like to know if I need to restore my status ?? Or extension of temporary resident visa approval puts me in status for another 6 months ??? |

Hi
1. You were given a 1 year extension, with the condition that you have a medical within 30 days, right? If you don't have the medical IRCC will then cancel your extension. ------------- PMM |
