Am visiting my EX who became widowed in 2015 from a motor accident.We have somehow started a relationship again while he was recuperating from his injuries.He has a child from the marriage and I equally have a son who may be inadmissable due to a misrepresentation from the visit visa I applied for him last year. My question is will.it be okay to remarry in Canada? He can't sponsor.me till middle 2020 and am considering engaging with online courses for the period.We have proof of a relationship starting almost 2years now and this is not my first visit here. Your honest opinion and advice will be most welcome. Also looking to engage a lawyer
