After numerous questions asking around here and numerous rechecking all the answers, I have finally wrapped up all the everything and ready to send it out tomorrow.  I like to thanks all the people who have responded to my questions.  I'll be crossing my fingers and hopefully everything will be A okay.  I do have some doubts because I didn't hire anyone to help me out, not lawyers or consultant...Anyway, Wish me luck.

jcalm1, I am happy for you and how the re-checking works. as i am not even near my date to send off my application i have already filled it out on 3 ocassion,lol
