Subject: PNP application should photo be scanned?

Hi All,
I'm submitting a formal application to PNP based on their instructions email.
One of the instructions says:
"Please attached all requested forms and documents and e-mail it ...."

In the Express Entry Checklist (EE-1) it says
"7. CIC Application Forms
Please provide copies of the following completed forms:
1.Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) - (form must be completed by the applicant and a photo of the applicant and each accompanying family member is required)"

In the above case it asks for a photo since the earlier instruction is to email, should I assume that the photo has to be scanned and attached? OR
Should I to a postal mail?

They have just asked to email.

Appreciate any help here.

Thanks

All forms and documents must be sent to the PNP by email. The photos should be taken by a professional photo studio who can give you the files on a USB key, which you can directly attach. Otherwise, the photos must be scanned in high quality (at least 600 DPI) on a flat scanner.
