Restauration gives me how long?

Long story short, I applied almost two month ago for my LMIA, while sending out a letter for the extension of my visitor. Supposedly I should get an answer back by end of October, cause I send it per mail, if they allow it or decline it. I am counting on the extension of the vv to give me some time, but I do not believe that much in it anyways. In case I get it back declined, I can go for the restoration and would get back to an implied status again, right? How much time would it give me? |

You should have applied for a visitor record, not an extension of your visitor visa. You cannot apply for restoration of your visitor visa, as this is not considered a status per say.
