Long story short, I applied almost two month ago for my LMIA, while sending out a letter for the extension of my visitor. Supposedly I should get an answer back by end of October, cause I send it per mail, if they allow it or decline it.
I am counting on the extension of the vv to give me some time, but I do not believe that much in it anyways. In case I get it back declined, I can go for the restoration and would get back to an implied status again, right? How much time would it give me?

You should have applied for a visitor record, not an extension of your visitor visa. You cannot apply for restoration of your visitor visa, as this is not considered a status per say. If your visitor visa is not extended, you will have to leave the country as instructed by the authorities, however once you obtain your LMIA and work permit you will be able to come back to Canada and you will then have a status.

Is there something I can do to stay like another month here after the extension got declined?
