Hello, I will start my PhD program at western university as an international student (I'm from Italy). I got the scholarship but the university said me that I need to get the SIN number to get paid. I went to the service canada in my city but they said me that my study permit conditions is empty and than I need to amend my conditions (the processing time is so long - 1 months). There are peolple with my same problems? I need an help.. I'm very sad!  Thanks at all, Tiziana |
