Hi, I recently applied for ICT Visa and my company told me that the Immigration has said that I did not qualify for the ICT  It was filed under the skilled worker category.What could be the reason for me not qualifying for the ICT? The lawyer applied for LMIA Exempt in ICT, could this be the reason that the Immigration department want LMIA to be filed and then the transfer should happen? My company provided enough reasons and I am a quite critical employee for my company and the same was provided in the letter to the Immigration department. So not sure what could be the reason. Can anyone please help. Thanks in advance. |
