Hi,
am new to this forum....can anyone pls help me in letting me know who are all eligible to apply for a canadian PR.
Am currently in US with H4 status..... Am i eligible to apply for a Canadian PR?

Did you check on http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp

If you want to become a permanant resident of Canada you are in the wrong section of the forum.
