Hi 

My Wife is Studying in a qualified  University for masters in BC .I am having a Multiple entry TRV valid till DEC 2016 .Can I come to Canada and apply a Spouse Open Work permit in any near by border and get the work permit based on her study permit??? . The  refusal of spouse open work permit from India is very high .. Any other option of getting spouse open work permit inside Canada .
