Now the calling center told me your file is empty and nothing inside it even there is no notes for reissue new PR card . It's more than 4 months and the processing time is only 86 days and no body know where is my application and where is my original PR . I contact my MP and no body answer me . An I contact cic appointment office and also no body answer me . More than 4 months without ID . I can't renew my passport or travel or even registered for college . So what can I do ?????????
