I applied for a travel document for my daughter Saumya Gupta on 18th February 2016 on humanitarian grounds at VFS office in Muscat, Oman. Canadian embassy in Abu Dhabhi is processing her application. They have processing time for all kinds of applications but no processing time is given to travel document applications on humanitarian grounds. My daughter is planning to join a University in Canada and I need to know how long will it take to process her application.  

It is my suggestion to Canadian immigration that they suggest a minimum and maximum processing time for travel document processing on humanitarian grounds. It will save a lot of stress for the person who is waiting for the decision on his/her application.
