I have been moved to Canada on a intra-company transfer. I applied work permit from India (VFS Chennai) along with my wife's & son's (4 yr old) temporary resident Visa.
Mine and my wife's have been approved and my son's visa is still under processing.
My son has a developmental delay and hasn't achieved independent walking or speech. So he was asked for a remedical (we have submitted upfront medicals while submitting the application).
My query is: I didn't receive any intimation from the embassy regarding the remedical. I got the information after I wrote a follow up mail on his application status. I am worried, the contact mail id is wrongly registered.
So I want to update the contact mail id and phone number on my son's application. How do I update this?
I live in a town 700km away from the visa office I have submitted the application. So can I update online. I tried writing a mail to the visa office Bangalore asking them to update, I didn't get any response. I am not sure, whether they have updated or not.
Please bear with my long mail, but any help would be appreciated. Since I have already to traveled to Canada as my joining date is getting delayed my son is really missing me. Though he can't talk, he is very well aware and understand everything.
Any advice please.
