Is spouse details  like medical check-up ,PCC and proof of funds required for applying for Canada PR even when spouse is not accompanying the individual ?

I am applying through a consultancy, they are asking my documents even i am not accompanying my wife ,she is applying individually.

1/ Yes the spouse has to pass the medical, security and Police checks whether accompanying or not. If the spouse is inadmissible, the principal is refused as well.
