I am very sorry i am an Architect Engineer and my wife is ِPediatrician. We have tow Kids. I fill the first application that it is free. Thereafter more messages send to me to pay part or money to complete. It is a suspicious act. Any one can explain to my the legal way for Canada with out money..Extract the Administrative costs..
