I'm Mike from Manila. I applied in Canada last 2011 and I received my WORKING VISA issued on Feb 2014. Before LMIA introduce I also have my UNNAMED READY LMO. I have the copy of my Employment Contract. Now, my question is...Is it possible to apply Permanent residency while I'm here in Philippines, waiting for my schedule of departure, under SINP program via Express Entry Canada? would there be a problem? ------------- thanks!
