Good day all!
I am from
India. I want to immigrate to Canada under the Business Immigration Program. My Canadian friends suggested contact Lanier Law Firm. They offer help with immigration to Canada by purchasing through them already working business, such as restaurant. I would like to know, if I buy a restaurant in Canada, will it give me some advantages in receiving Permanent residence?

Purchasing an active business if structured properly, could qualify for a work permit.  Thereafter and depending on the location of the business (the province), you may qualify for permanent residence.

If you are interested in further information feel free to complete our assessment questionnaire:

I am from Brazil and interested in knowing if there is a minimum amount of investment required to start a business in Canada  and what would be this minimum.
