Buffalo started processing our application on 9th Dec.. it will be 3 months in the coming week..
How soon can I e-mail them to ask abt the status of our application since we havnt heard from them after AOR?
Will my inquiry cause delay in the processing of my application?
I know for sure that they have all my required documents.. but I dont know y the application is taking such a long time..
I m so confused.. n this wait seems to be never ending  ------------- App Sent cpc-m - 28th Aug 09 Sponsorship App - 17th Nov 09 AOR from buffalo - 14th Dec 09 Interview Scheduled - 21st Jul 10 Passport requested , aprroved n passport received - 21st July 2010 |

SCsqure, As I understand it, e-mailing them means they have to pull your file which can/will result in delays in application processing. I believe processing through Buffalo is currently three months at a minimum. Consequently it would likely be a good idea for you to hold off a bit longer before requesting an update.
