hi dis is jepal patel...

i want to join dis discussion forum to share my problem with u people...

n also want to get some help from u if u can..

as i m pharmacist over here in india...

my husband is in canada and he has cleared his pharmacy registration exams der..

he has got workpermit for two years in BC...

So now he is working as a pharmacist in BC at princerupert...

so now my problem is bec my husband has got workpermit so me also,

deserve to get spousal open workpermit in canada ok..

but once i did application for open workpermit n it got refused....

again i want to apply for d same so please let me know what r d documents r most required to get

open workpermit visa? if anybody has got dis type of visa or if u have experience of dis type of visa den pls help me out....bec dis time i don wan any rejection....

Jepal,

instead of doing guess work as to why your first WP application was refused, the best thing to do would be to obtain CAIPS notes through an Access to Information request. You would then be able to see exactly what concerns the IO had in your case, and, on this basis, it would be much easier to address these reasons in any new application.
