Hi guys:) Im a new user to this forum scene and really need a help form you guys cos i don't know where to start..... I'm African based in Qatar middle east.. I have this lady i've been dating for couple of months now and from the look of things,i think we've gotten to a point where we plan to settle down..I wanted to know if canadian government are giving fiance visa in other to visit her and plan for our marriage?

No. There is no fiance sponsorship visa in current Canadian immigration scheme.

Assuming your passport is that of a country which is not visa-exempt, it would also be difficult to obtain a visitor's visa to even just visit Canada.
