For out of Canada application..

If my husband is staying with me in thailand for extended period of time( as a visitor, marriage visa), does that mean he's LIVING outside Canada?

and when they ask if he has ever resided in any country other than Canada..
what is the definition of residing?

and I am really scared about our application..

my husband doesnt have a job (still a student) and im a failed refugee claiment

but we have been together even before my mum applied me under her as a refugee..

would there be any problem with our application? please I need advices..
I am now all alone in Thailand but my husband is coming to stay with me for as long as the application would take to process. (he has to drop out of school for as long as this would take ): )

Is your husband a Canadian citizen or a Canadian PR holder?
If he is a Canadian citizen then in your application you need to show proof that you intend to return to Canada once your PR application is approved.
If your husband is not a Canadian citizen then you are risking having the application rejected because as your sponsor, and not a Candian citizen, he must be living in Canada

he's a canadian citizen.
what can we show them as proof? he doesnt have a job or property deed or anything since he's still a student.
