I am preparing my documents to send my application for citizenship. I paid the fees online, printed the receipt and now need to fill up some information on the receipt like Name, address and so on. It also asks for a Client ID... Does any one know from where I should get this ID?

Its on the PR card on the front.

I have one reciept for my family (2 adults and 2 minors), all paid once and recieved one reciept. Should I put only my Client ID?
