Hello everyone,

I'm from Brandon, MB and just had my fiance visit from South Africa for a period of 41 days on a 6 month 'visiting visa'. He has returned back home to SA to go back and finish his studies at Stellenbosch University.
After he left on the plane yesterday I thought I'd come and do some research, is there anyway he can come back on a work visa with a work permit and once hes here apply for a PR visa?
How does he go about in getting work offer so that he can get a work permit?

I just need to clear out our next step in finally getting him to stay, this past night was hard for the both of us.

I may have more questions for later on.

He needs to find an employer who's willing to file for a LMO in his favour. He can then use that to apply for a work permit/visa.

He can also explore FSW if he has a skill that is needed in Canada.

If he manages to come on a working visa, he can apply for permanent residency either through PNP (Manitoba)

or CEC (after two years of skilled work experience)
