hi guys,
 
              My elder brother claimed refugee in the u.k ,but returned back to India voluntarily with his indian passport.He went on a tourist visa.
 
  He is planning to study in canada. Will this affect his application in any way?
 
  He claimed refugee status only but he was never refused the status and also he returned home volutarily with his original indian passport within a few weeks after he applied.
