In regards to the captured passport. What you can do is apply for a passport replacement in Bangladesh and then ask for a PR visa replacement: http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=045&top=12" rel="nofollow - http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=045&top=12

You can also contact the Canadian Embassy in Bangladesh for your question. Finally, to complain you can contact the RCMP: http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cont/index-eng.htm" rel="nofollow - http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cont/index-eng.htm
