I have a 2and a half year old son, who is Canadian, we are currently in Canada after a well planned mislead by his father that he wold help me get permanent residency under conjugal partner sponsorship because I did not want to get married, he changed his mind went and got married to a foreign woman, my question is if I want to apply to remain in Canada under H&C, how would I go about it, and will it be valid given the fact that son deserves to live in his country and having come from a third world country the condition of life as it is is so hard that he would never get the best of education, I am unemployed due to lack of employment and thus I cannot provide for him. In Canada he has the opportunity to go to school, has access of medicare, and most of all gets to spend time with his father and mother.
