NOC Code for Work Permit

Hi,
I have to apply for Work Permit in coming week but little bit confused with NOC code.
As per cic.gc.ca I fall under "Software Developer" category and had 9990.5 as NOC but HRSDC says something 2173.x

Can somebody help me out to find what should be correct NOC code for me considering below facts:
1) I am applying for Work Permit
2) I am a Software Developer (Should I follow this http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/itw-jobs.asp#jobs5 or http://www.workingincanada.gc.ca/search_occupation_confirm-eng.do?noc=2173 )
