Help Filling up names in the Visitor Visa App

Hi:

Just a question about filling up the application form...

I'm inviting my mother to visit me in Canada and there are several blanks in the form that she should state all the names of her family members. 

As my father is deceased, does she need to include his name and information in the form? There is no clear instruction about whether or not to name dead family members.

	Yes, but when she will indicate her status as a WIDOW so they will know about the passing away of your father. But she will need to provide his information in the form. Good Luck!
