2 kind of applying for canada

Dear Friend

I applied for immigration through Quebec  & I got my file number 7 months ago ,right now I'm waiting for the time of interview(gossips say maybe the whole process takes 3 or 4 years)...
Meanwhile I decide to apply for a study visa & getting fund from the Canadian university(both french or English),but I want to know that:

1- is it possible to apply for studying despite of applying for immigration at the same time?
2-doesn't it any problem occur in my immigration process?
3-as i have B2 degree in french,do i have a more chance to apply for french university or not?
