Processing time for HongKong

I am sponsoring my wife who is currently living in Guangzhou, China. CIC just approved my eligibilty as sponser (Feb 15th). I wonder how the long the processing time will be in HK since my case will be handled there. the processing time in CIC website is 19 months. it will really take 19 months even though it is our first marrigage?

	Hello. My wife went through Hong Kong 3 years ago and it took 8 months. I have followed other people going through Hong Kong over the years and it is now about 18 months.
