Anyone here knows who is/are qualified to certify photocopies especially in Alberta for Family Class?

Generally you would get this done by any Notary Public
I suppose it could also be done by lawyer but would probably cost more.

Hi Lakotana,
I would go through a Notary to CYA (cover your ) but unless you know one who will do it, I think it will cost you anyways. It's the same process/oath and procedure for all.
Here are 61 qualified Notaries in Calgary as advertised in the Calgary Yellow Pages
Here's 170 in another listing.

Mrs. Sam - would you mind posting the source of your list? I'm just curious where it came from... I ask because I'm a P.Eng., and I've heard that I'm allowed to make certified true copies in general, not just for immigration documents... just trying to confirm that :-)
