How long it takes to sponsonring my fiyance to Canada and we want to get merried as soon as she came

if I sponsering my fiyance from ethiopia how long it takes and if we want married as soon as she get here
is there is any thing we should do first? How hard is that?

Well since there is no sponsorship for fiancees you have a problem.
You will either have to marry her, or live together as a common law couple for a year, before you can sponsor. It is unlikely that she would get a visitor visa to come to Canada to marry.
