My Aunty who is wishing to migrate to quebec canada to meet my Daddy there. is first of all applying 4 quebec selection , and she wants me to ask how long will it take the quebec office in charge of issueing quebec selection to issue one to her hense she has apply for one sience april with the help of my Dad permanent Resident status in quebec canada. before applying 4 permanent residence . she wants to know how long it will take from applying for a quebec selection and using d quebec selection to  applying 4 a permanent residence. but my aunty is currently resideing in Nigeria while my uncle is a permanent resident who lives with is wife and son in quebec canada .
