I am a Live-in Caregiver and currently out-of-status because my application for renewal of my work permit was refused due to incomplete documents submitted, I already applied for restoration of my status and work permit at the same time and have not yet received answer from the Immigration yet. I already finished my 24months as a Live-in Caregiver during my implied status, Can I apply for Open Permit and PR even I am out of status now? or I have to wait first for the Restoration of my Status?
