Hi Nabil, YOU MUST APPLY FOR YOUR CAIPS NOTES ASAP. Do not hesitate in requesting these notes, and do not refer to what you have read that some info is hidden. I definitely encourage you to do this right away. YES it has valuable info and YES it makes a big difference. It is very simple to apply for it online; there are many forums and discussions on CAIPS that can help, and we are ready to assist you here if needed. Regards

Hi Al_Soufi,
As you are already aware, SELDEC 4 is a positive sign and your interview has been waived. I haven't heard of such "Admin SELDEC" before; and to me it is strange to have a SELDEC entry in June 2012 after reducing the Backlog and returning all applications without a previous SELDEC prior to March 29, 2012. But regardless, inshallah this is a good thing for you. R4Q, I don't think it is a "Refugee" related note as other forums say. I think it means (REQUEST FOR ...) and cannot be an Officer initials. Besides, what is your BF'D? Which seems to be the Next Full Review. Kindly can you update your Timeline below if any updates are there: Name App Date Updated Sent 2nd update Med.
