Hello Guys

I need your precious advice/Sugesstions.  here are the details.

1.
I applied for study permit Canada(Toronto) in George Brown College.
After submission of visa application admission in George Brown was
expired because I did not pay fees. 

2. I discussed same issue
with CHC and they asked me to send revised offer letter but I could not
get it from George Brown because admission was closed for international
students for September 2011 intake.

2. After Medical exam I
informed Canadian High commission in written that I will send an other
valid offer letter. I applied Humber college for same course and same
level of study but I could not get offer letter in time. 

3. I sent fax to CHC to withdraw my application. After few days I received offer letter from Humber college.

4.  Twenty eight days passed that I sent withdrawal
request but I could not received any response of withdrawal. I sent then new offer letter to CHC.

5.
I am at final stage. I am confused did they receive my withdrawal
request by fax  or not because I sent them after office hours. On one
side I sent withdrawal request and on other side I send new offer
letter.

6. I am confused. I am thinking to send another fax and
want to clear everything but I am afraid please help me out. I need your
honest advice.  I will be thankful
